LabCorp is seeking a Client Services Team Leader to join their Specialty Contact Center team at CMBP! This position is located in Morrisville, North Carolina. The schedule for this position will be: Monday -- Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.The Client Services Team Leader will primarily be responsible for supporting the Supervisor of Client Services in the department assigned. This position will work as a leader in the Client Services Department to coordinate workflow of 10 or more of any combination of Client Service Representatives, Receptionists and/or Account Managers. The Client Services Team Leader researches, troubleshoots, follows-up, and resolves account inquiries and problems escalated from the CSRs or Territory Managers. Responsibilities:* Provides guidance and expertise to work group in resolving customer problems* Trains new employees, provides mentorship and delivers recurrent training to existing CSRs* Assigns and reviews work of assigned employees including scheduling, prioritizing, call auditing and coaching. * Manages team work flow by distributing duties and updating responsibilities when needed* Works on special projects as assigned by the Client Services Supervisor including compilation of daily dashboard metrics * Assists the supervisor with coaching, training, account maintenance, and follow ups* Conducts call monitors as needed for each customer service representative* Answers questions relating to processes* Initiates ways to improve team moral in a call center environment * Assists the supervisor in coaching and employee development as it relates to the representatives' job duties* Answers inbound phone calls from internal and external clients
