As a part time The Little Gym Instructor, your primary responsibility will be to teach great classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching methods as well as host our Awesome Birthday Bashes and Parents' Survival Nights. We provide a world-class training system to get you ready to teach The Little Gym way! In addition, you will be working with a dynamic team of individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer service and a Membership experience that is second to none!

A background in early childhood education, child development, physical education, kinesiology, dance and/or gymnastics is certainly a plus but not necessary.

Job Title:  Children’s Fitness Instructor

The Little Gym, the premier children’s facility throughout the world has part-time and full-time Gymnastics and/or Dance Instructor positions available at The Little Gym of Litchfield Park location. Our Parent/Child, Pre-K and Grade School classes are all taught in a fun, safe and nurturing environment, which encourages children to develop at their own pace. We’re also home of “Serious Fun!” and use a proprietary teaching approach to instill 3-Dimensional learning into our programs.
We are seeking energetic and athletic individuals with a sincere love of children and fitness. This is a very active position involving hard work and hustle. It is also a very rewarding one because for 40 years The Little Gym has set the standard for progressive motor-skill development, by providing children with a foundation of confidence through non-competitive gymnastics based programs. Fitness Instructor Job Requirements:

• Sincere love of children
• Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, or related field)
• Experience working with children (examples include preschool teacher or assistant, daycare, sports camps, music classes or similar experience)
• Strong customer service and communications skills
• High energy and hustle
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Weekday and Weekend Availability
• Clean background check
