Sales Rep (Outbound)

As the Outbound Sales Representative for the number one quick-service Mexican restaurant in the nation, you are primarily responsible for identifying and contacting prospective customers to capture sales and secure demonstrations. Additionally, you will be talking up our delicious meals and services; placing orders; and answering questions from customers and restaurant teams, as well as serving as a brand ambassador in the community, special events and expositions.

Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:

* One year experience in a sales role, preferably making unsolicited sales inquiries

* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)

* Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Word; prior experience using Salesforce a plus

* Proficient knowledge of the internet and web-based tools

* Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and influencing skills

* Displays problem solving skills and takes ownership for customer concerns/issues and solutions

* Exhibits attention to detail and effectively follows directions

* Works well under pressure; leverages strong time management skills to work in a fast paced environment

* Effectively handles high stress situations by staying calm and keeping emotions under control

* Exhibits persistence in the face of obstacles

* Exhibits basic mathematical skills

* Ability to type 45 WPM; 10-key by touch proficiency a plus
