What We're Looking For:
* Works well under pressure; leverages strong time management skills to work in a fast paced environment
* One year experience in a call center environment a plus
* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) preferred
* Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Proficient knowledge of the internet and web-based tools
* Customer service oriented with strong listening and influencing skills
* Exhibits attention to detail and effectively follows directions
* Takes ownership for customer concerns/issues and solutions
* At least 18 years of age
