Main Event Entertainment is a fast growing Dallas-based company founded in 1998, operating family entertainment centers in the southern US. Job Description

• Greet guests and create a Fun and Memorable Experience
• Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times. Make guests feel appreciated
• Assist guests with all aspects of service
• Responsible for facilitating activities such as bowling, games, parties, banquets, and billiards depending on the department that a candidate may be hired to
• Maintain on an ongoing basis throughout the shift, the cleanliness of  work location, public areas and service areas.
• Work with a team environment where the common language is Excellence
• Perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked
• Attend all scheduled meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by Company management

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age excluding Serving, where the minimum age requirement is 18 or Bartending, where the minimum age requirement is 21
• Possess and maintain a current knowledge of the Main Event facilities and activities; including the services and products for guest purchase
• Ability to operate computer, cash register and credit card verification equipment if required
• A minimum of 6 months prior job experience with cash handling and public interaction responsibilities is preferred
• Basic reading skills
• Attention to detail, strong organizational ability; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
• Possess good guest relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team oriented
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
• Well-groomed, neat appearance and must abide by the Main Event grooming standards
• Work nights Weekends and Holidays
