Providence is calling a Registered Behavior Technician to Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA.
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide therapy treatment under the guidance of licensed therapists. This is a Part Time/ Day Shift position working Monday - Thursday. You will get the opportunity to work with a dynamic and fun team while making an impact in our patient population.
In this position you will:
* Demonstrate age specific patient care considerations for the population served.
* Perform assessments of patients' skills, behavior, and communication.
* Perform observation of children's behavioral skills; assist in providing training, delivering feedback, and gathering data about patient's performance.
* Under the supervision of BCBA, provide intervention to patients and assists in carrying-out the treatment plan.
* Work with the team in measuring, assessing, and evaluating patients' progress; ensure findings are communicated to stakeholders, as appropriate.
* Discharge patients / Discontinuation of Services.
* Maintain confidentiality of records or medical center information at all times.
Required qualifications for this position include:
* Associate Degree or two (2) year technical program
* Register Behavior Technician Certification (Must obtain certification within 90 days of hire)
* Experience as a Therapy Assistant
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* Experience in pediatric rehabilitation
