Community Services Representative

We are looking for a  full time team player to handle our networking and lead generation.  Applicant must have a background in and understanding of the home care industry and marketing.  

Responsibilities will include creating, enhancing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, reporting to direct manager all results, discussing successes and opportunities and demonstrating documented progress and inquiry production in Sales/Marketing/Networking areas.  Responsible for researching and developing client relationships and producing referrals, performing all phases of sales process including preparation, documentation of cold calls, follow-up calls, diagnosis of referral source and client needs.   Applicant must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills AND the ability to listen effectively.  Must also have the ability to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality of information.   Must also demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision making, along with discretion and integrity.  Microsoft Word and Excel skills would be helpful.  Must have vehicle, valid PA driver's license and auto insurance.
