If you answered yes, consider joining our team as a Client Care Manager. This nursing professional is responsible for building relationships through in person, one-on-one interactions with current and prospective elderly clients and their families. Duties also include conducting regular quality assurance visits to monitor care and to ensure client/family satisfaction. The right candidate needs to be sincerely interested in changing the face of aging and making a real difference every day in a very fast-paced, growing organization.

This is a salaried, full-time position that covers south, west and downtown Louisville plus Clark and Floyd counties of southern Indiana. Work hours are primarily 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday with participation in evening/weekend on call rotation. Candidate must be willing and able to perform caregiving duties with a client on occasion, including help with personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting and mobility assistance.

Drug screen and criminal background checks are conducted on all applicants.
 

• LPN required with active license in KY, IN or both states
• Senior care industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in Windows and Office 365 required
• Marketing experience a plus
