JOB DESCRIPTION
The On Call Supervisor is expected to perform a variety of duties, working closely with the Staffing Coordinator in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.
Responsibilities:
Pick up/drop off on call materials from Home Instead office
Review schedules with Staffing Coordinator
Answer all incoming phone calls and respond as needed
Communicate with Caregivers and Clients as schedule changes arise
Document all calls and contact backup person if necessary
Perform any introductions after hours as needed for clients
Update ClearCare software system with any schedule changes
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent computer skills
Professional Phone Etiquette
Speaking and understanding English clearly in person and on the telphone
Ability to multitask and prioritize
US Citizen or Green Card holder
Valid Driver License and clean DMV Driving Record Report
