Sales Representative & Marketing Specialist

 

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will assist Serene Journey Assisted Living Facility LLC. increase the occupancy & vacant rooms. The ideal candidate will know how to market to our specified clientele & utilize strategies and maintain a level of occupancy for all of our locations.

 

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales in this specific field or a similar field with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Other sales experience is welcomed as well.
  • A knowledge of the Senior Care community as a whole and what Serene Journey Assisted Living Facility LLC. would do for its clients and residents.
  • Excellent communication skills, and must be a people person with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Networking with the aged & disabled community programs, & groups to assist in marketing the facilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Excel spreadsheets and reports to produce documentation of clientale & marketing goals

Primary Responsibilities for Community Specialist:

  • Maintain record of level of all occupancy to ensure the facilities remain at capacity.
  • Build lasting relationships with new and potential clients to ensure success in facility capacity.
  • Network with the Senior Care community & other groups pertaining to the elderly to continue to keep Serene Journey Assisted Living Facility LLC. growing and building new relationships.
  • Attend and frequent Facility events to mingle with the Clients and keep a good customer service lasting relationship.
  • Must be willing to travel & also to have an open schedule

Salary is contract only and will be discussed at interview
