The primary responsibility for the commissary team is to work to prepare all goods in a timely manner while adhering to safety and food preparation standards.
Commissary team members must properly utilize all equipment while maintaining cleanliness, security, safety and adhering to company standards and policies. Rotation of product and organization is essential to the success and freshness of our product.
*High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
*Some knife skills are required, 6 months experience preferred.
*Must be able to read, speak, write and communicate effectively.
*Basic reading and math skills required.
*Must be able to maintain reasonable attendance at work.
*Must be ready to work at the scheduled time.
*Maintain good personal hygiene.
*Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record for delivery of prepped items to store locations.
*Must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors and co-workers.
*Position requires standing, bending and movement the entire workday.
*Must be able to lift 50 pounds to shoulder height.
*Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dish washing and equipment cleaning.
