The loss prevention department is responsible for all procedures regarding security, theft and inventory control in the stores, corporate office, and distribution center.
The LP Field Communications Analyst is specifically responsible for the core areas as follows:
* Receive and track Loss Prevention calls from company hotlines.
* Support and assist with communication to stores of all LP related policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
* Assist in budget preparations, prepare weekly forecasts and maintain LP-related expense centers.
* Provide general office support (e.g. supplies, requisitions meeting coordination) for Hoffman Estates as well as Field LP Managers.
* Assist in annual inventory as required.
* Prepare departmental weekly reports.
* Execute various other LP projects as they become necessary.
Qualifications/Experience
* Associates degree or higher required.
* 1-3 years' experience in office environment preferred.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational skills.
* Previous retail experience preferred.
