CNC Machinist/Programmer
Hydracore has been in business since 1996 providing manufacturing solutions to customers in the medical, military and industrial fields. We specialize in short run and difficult to machine components in materials ranging from Aluminum and Stainless Steels, Heat Resistant Alloys such as Titanium and Inconel, to Advanced Composites. We manufacture parts from a few ounces in weight to 4,000 pounds or more. We are looking for a candidate that can think on their feet and be creative in solving manufacturing challenges that can arise from the type of work that we take on.
The ideal candidate must have:
5 Years minimum Experience as a Machinist/Programmer
Ability to program, setup and operate Multi-axis CNC Lathes & 5 Axis Mills
*Experience with manual metal working equipment
*Ability to work from prints and understand GD&T
*Experience with Master Cam and/or Esprit
*Experience with Fanuc controls
*Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
*Reliable Transportation
