About this job
This is the perfect position for an experienced cook who is flexible, wants to work a few days a week and likes to golf. Squirrel Run C.C. is a busy executive golf course located in Plymouth. Seasonally we serve daily lunch specials, as well as tournament banquets though out the year. We are currently searching the right fit for a part time line/grill/prep cook position. For this position candidates will be responsible for all functions within the kitchen. From prepping and stocking to preparation and presentation. Candidates must be able to operate all kitchen equipment safely and independently.
LINE/GRILL/PREP COOK
Seasonal: April-October
Part-time/ flexible: 18-25 hour/week
Flexble: some weekend days a must
Pay: $11-$15/hour depending upon experience

Minimum Qualifications: 1-3 years line cook experience. Ability to maintain composure under pressure (during the rush) and function independently without supervision. ServeSafe Certification.
Essential duties:
Preparation and presentation of food
Cleans, sanitizes and stocks work area
Ability to bend, lift, twist and crouch to perform normal job duties
Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions as well as converse directly with customers
Ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
