Delivery Driver

Who we are:

We are a food delivery service that just started as of a few months ago and we are growing fast. We are in need of more drivers, it is better if you are in the Spokane Valley Area however we are excepting apps from all throughout Spokane, WA. We deliver from every grocery store, fast food, or restaurant location within Spokane. From Zips to Twigs, and everything in between.

Location and Pay:

We are a home based business. However, it is rare that we would be in contact via this location. With this job your "work" location is your home or wherever you happen to be. We have built an app that allows you to receive notifications of deliveries within your area. It will show you the start address, the end address, and just how much it will equate to roughly in pay. The more deliveries you take, the more you make. Instead of offering you some small cent per mile gig, we take your 11/hr wage and convert it to minutes. Our app using google maps and calculates how far you drove and how long it takes. This is used to calculate your checks. Tips are calculated into your pay so you will get those as well. We allow cash and credit/debit card transactions. Upon a cash delivery you will need to come back to the home based location and cash out.'

Hours:

You will be a 1099 employee, that is to say a contracted employee. There are no set hours, there are no guaranteed times or hours. It is strictly based upon orders we get in, which will be smaller now and have been growing larger of the past couple months. It will also depend upon how often you are active and logged into the app and able to take the deliveries that are available.

Requirements:

We will need to meet in person first as I believe you must have a good feeling from the person you are working for and with. We require that you look presentable, though we do not have uniforms or the such, as you are a 1099 employee working when you want, we do however, want you to look your best when serving our customers. We require you have a good driving record, of course it isn't going to be perfect, but we do want it to be clean. We expect that if you agree to a delivery that you complete it and you be prompt. We have our drivers check in the minute that they arrive at the location, the minute they have the food or item, and then once they have completed the drive. This can all be done via text with the owner. In order to receive the alerts via the app you do have to be logged in and active within the app.
