Project Assistant

Mathematica is looking for Project Assistants to conduct research studies with people all over the country on important social issues.

As a project assistant, your contributions in gathering information and providing data collection support on topics such as health care, employment, and education will help us further our mission of conducting high quality work that answers our clients' questions and improves public well-being.

Job duties:

Conduct research interviews

Locate respondents

Perform clerical tasks

Job requirements:

1 - 2 years of prior customer service or call center experience

Must be able to speak clearly and be clearly understood over the phone

Excellent computer skills - MS Office Suite and database experience preferred

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred

Availability to work minimum 20 hours per week

Willingness to undergo a low level security clearance

Benefits/Compensation

$10.20 per hour to start

$12.00 per hour for tested and certified Bilingual English/Spanish staff

Differential pay for late night and weekend hours
