This is what will be expected of you as a Sales Representative of CDS:

  • Build and maintain relationship with your client base by offering a variety of solutions to improve their business; you will have to make it a priority to take exceptional care of your clients.
  • Plan and implement strategies to market Xerox products and services
  • Maintain a large database of qualified prospects through cold calls, personal visits, and networking
  • Identify qualified prospective clients and develop customer relationships
  • Deliver an established number of Xerox proposals to clients on a monthly basis
  • Demonstrate Xerox products and software advantages and benefits
  • Close business and provide after-sales reports
  • Grow year-over-year sales results

Requirements:

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to detect individual customer needs and clearly present key benefits of doing business with CDS- Xerox
  • Develop and grow territories by prospecting for new accounts and servicing existing customers
  • Success motivated with a strong work ethic, commission driven, career oriented
  • Drive, persistence, and have the ability to meet and exceed sales targets/ goals
  • Ability to function independently in a team environment with little supervision. Be held accountable for your own success.
  • Professional in conduct and appearance
  • Be organized  and make effective use of your time
  • Have proficient computer skills
  • College Degree - preferred but not required
