Fulfillment Associate

Popped! Republic Gourmet Popcorn is looking for a hardworking, dependable individuals with previous experience in packaging, fulfillment, and working with food products for the position of Fulfillment Associate at our production facility and factory store in Alexandria, VA.

We are looking for candidates with availability to work approximately 20-35 hours/week from Monday - Sunday, during daytime hours from 9:00am - 7:00pm.

Responsibilities include:

• Bagging and packaging online, catering, gift and special event orders.
• Labeling popcorn bags for retail and special orders.
• Assembling gift items for online and special orders.
• Complete repetitive tasks that require standing, walking, and bending throughout the work day at a quick pace.
• May assist customers, if needed.
• Lift, stack and maneuver products & displays.
• Cleaning and organizational tasks.

General requirements:

• Those with previous experience in packaging and fulfillment as well as working with food products and/or in a factory setting will be considered first for this position.
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks at a fast pace, without sacrificing quality and ensuring consistent appearance of product.
• Ability to multitask and follow directions as well as company policies.
• Must be respectful and able to work with others well.
• Must be able to get to work on time and consistently.
