Automation Personnel Services is seeking immediate Assemblers for Fiber Department. The location is in Brandon, FL
This is a 1st shift job opportunity.
Guidelines:
Ability to comprehend assembly drawing configurations, work instructions and Job Travelers as determined and designed by customer.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Familiar with basic hand tools:
Scissors
Diagonal Cutters (dykes)
Hand Stripper
Heat Shrink Gun
Needle Nose Pliers
Standard Pliers
Ruler
Prepare wire and cable for assembly to a given dimension or configuration. The employee will demonstrate the use of specified hand tools to prepare a wire or cable by removing outer jacket or insulation, individual conductor trimming or stripping to length dimension, tinning, splicing in accordance with assembly item drawing and or work instructions.
Prepare assembly steps of fiber jumper cable in accordance with engineering process requirements. Steps of operation include, prep, label, connect, scribe, polish, scope and test.
