Professional Home Cleaner – Molly Maids

 As a Home Service Professional, you are a key member of the team providing quality cleaning for our customers. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Teams of two clean 3-4 homes per day.  We have family-friendly hours averaging 35-40 hours a week.  Our teams wMondaydayy-Friday with WEEKENDS FREE!  Each morning you would arrive at the office at 8:00 a.m. and arrive back to the shop between 3:30-5:30 each business day.  

Team partners typically average $330-$400 a week while team leaders make $400-$500 a week paid every Friday.  Our goal at Molly Maid is to have each partner work their way up and become a team leader.  

We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, dependable, and have a great attitude. This is hard work, but can be very rewarding for people who have pride in a job well done, like to help people, and like to stay moving.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Perform professional residential cleaning services including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, wipe downs and other final touches
• Communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Positive Attitude
• Team player who can work independently
• Legal to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00
