Position Summary:

ACE currently has an opening for a Service Associate to join our growing team! This person will provide excellent face to face customer service while assisting in the sale of financial products and services to current and potential customers. This position reports to the Center Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Increase store profitability by building and maintaining customer relationships through the offering of products and services including: check cashing, loans, utility and other bill payments, title loans, money orders, wire transfers and other financial services

 Manage existing customer accounts and ensure timely payments are made

 Perform opening and closing center procedures that follow security and safety policies

 Assist in marketing campaigns throughout the community

Specific Knowledge, Skills & Requirements:

 Previous experience in sales or customer service; retail or financial service industry preferred

 Cash handling experience

 Strong communication skills

 Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced, results driven environment

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 Ability to work flexible retail hours

 High School Diploma or equivalent
