About this job
Collaborating with internal customers to identify and assess training and performance needs.
Creating exercises, instructional activities, and development assessments that reinforce learning based on specific topics and roles.
Partnering with subject matter experts to create and revise business unit needs and identify when there are opportunities to share those needs across Cadence programmatically.
Building and executing specific training programs to help maintain or improve job skills.
Using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures, or new technology.
Functioning as an in-house instructional design expert and facilitating training programs focused on personal development and leadership development.
Providing coaching and consultative support to internal departments regarding training, professional development, and performance initiatives.
What you bring to the team
Excellent customer service, a creative and positive outlook, and a genuine interest in helping to drive positive results and improvements within your organization and the Cadence community.
Bachelor s degree required or Master s Degree in Organizational, Education, or Human Resources desired.
5+ years experience with training and development programs targeting both individuals and groups.
Technology industry experience recommended.
Experience in instructional design and development.
Knowledge of learning management systems and tools, including Adobe Connect with Articulate Storyline a plus.
Demonstrated ability to produce results and drive change within a rapidly growing organization
