Express Employment Professionals is in search of a Maintenance Technician for a centrally located apartment complex her in Omaha. This person will be in and out of apartment buildings and reporting directly to the maintenance manager.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: $16-$25/hr DOE
The daily duties of the Maintenance Technician consist of:
- Ensure the interior and exterior is well maintained
- Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items
- Report major repair needs to the General Manager
The Maintenance Technician is a great opportunity because:

Requirements for the Maintenance Technician are:
- 3+ years of general maintenance experience industrial or institutional work order environment
- Certifications desired but not required: HVAC, CAMT, boiler license, EPA, CPO, electrical, plumbing, first aid, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical system, all major appliances
