Project Coordinator
Are you looking for a job that you gain experience and knowledge? Are you looking for a company that offers advancement opportunities? Then J Feldkamp Design & Build may be the right place for you! We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in the Fairfield, Ohio area.
This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4pm. Compensation starts at $12.00-$15.00 per hour, based on experience. Benefits are available after 90 days of service.
Responsibilities include:
Pre-construction:
* Gather and organize bid information
* Print project plans/organize addendums, etc.
* Coordinate due dates with salespeople
* Present all information to salespeople to estimate job
Awarded jobs:
* Coordinate contract process; acquire proper signatures, gather all required documents and distribute accordingly
* Assist with tracking of equipment, organize and input information, submittals, and read through project specs
* Assist other team members with duties as needed
Our ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills and proficient computer knowledge. Construction background is strongly preferred.
