Performs, repairs and provides
maintenance of assigned areas that would require performing tasks which
normally would come under such trades as plumbing, electrical, HVAC,
refrigeration, mechanical, building automation and plant operations. *
HS Diploma or equivalent. *
Employed by a Medical Center as a
Maintenance Technician for at least three years and/or possesses licensure or
certifications as a skilled tradesman in one or more trades. *
Must be able to demonstrate working
knowledge of building systems, i.e. chillers, boilers, building automation,
HVAC, fire alarm, etc. *
Ability to read and write at a high
school level and follow written and oral directions. *
Basic computer skills required. *
Ability to read and interpret blue
prints and construction documents.
