Prep Cook - Part-time

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and ensuring quality and freshness of all ingredients including fresh produce, poultry, roasted ingredients, dressings, and more
• Restocking ingredients
• Providing excellent service & hospitality
• Following proper food safety procedures 
• Maintaining the cleanliness/organization of the kitchen & restaurant
• The ideal candidate should have great interpersonal skills, be detail oriented, reliable, enthusiastic, energetic, and have the ability to multi-task. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and provide own transportation.
