Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Excellent follow-up and closing skills
• Build Strong rapport with customers and other referring partners
• Talent for proper communication and setting appropriate expectation levels with clients and third parties
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Stay current on programs, products and industry standards
• Attend Branch meeting and Training Classes
• Analyze credit report, application and supporting documentation to determine the appropriate loan product
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
• Organized work habits
• Friendly, personable, outgoing personality

Qualification:

• Mortgage Origination Experience
• Active NV MLO License or FL, CA MLO License
• Must maintain active Residential Mortgage Origination License in compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing act of 2008 and all related regulations
• Excellent sales, closing and consulting skills
• High School Diploma or GED
