Leadership applicant requirements: 1-2 years of proven shift leadership experience, preferably in the restaurant business. Work and personal verifiable references. Servsafe certification desired but not a must. Basic math and reasoning skills. Knowledge or training in Health Code and Labor Laws. High School Diploma/ GED.
Physical Requirements include ability to stand for long periods, use hands to finger motion, handle or feel, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch. Team members frequently lift 30-40 pounds. Vision abilities required include close, distance, color and depth perception.
The Shift/Area Leader is responsible for meeting and exceeding overall customer satisfaction goals; directing, coaching, training, developing, and disciplining team members. Leader must consistently meet financial goals; ensuring 100% compliance with food safety and Health Code requirements; 100% compliance with all minor and Labor Laws; Perform all cash functions ;daily, weekly, and monthly execution of cleaning cycle systems; other area specific assignments.
All of our leaders must have open availability, but don’t worry, you won’t have to work on Sundays because we are closed!
