The Lewisville Office of Automation Personnel Services, Inc. Is seeking five (5) goal-driven, dedicated and forward-thinking individuals to work as Inside Sales Representatives for our client in Flower Mound, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the assigned territory through self-directed activities such as cold calling, warm calling, and driving new business through existing customers. This is a direct hire, full-time position with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour plus commission.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The focus of this role is on selling to mid-sized healthcare accounts within an assigned territory. A typical day will include current client services, focus on gaining new customers, and selling over the competition.
Required Activities:
Outbound calls daily
Able to generate leads to meet sales quotas
Able to close sales opportunities independently
Exceptional time management skills
Able to produce accurate activity reporting
Other activities as determined by management
Qualifications:
Inside B2B sales experience required
Four-year college degree in related discipline preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
Able to travel when required (not to exceed four times per year)
Attention to detail
Innovative and driven by ideas and solutions
Must be fluent with all Microsoft Office tools
Exceptional customer service acumen
Able to work the hours associated with the assigned geographic region
