Shift Leader Job Requirements:

A successful Shift Leader works productively and supervises store crews to ensure they perform their jobs responsibilities so the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift:

Skills

o A strong, professional, and courteous work ethic, unquestionable integrity, and staunch moral behaviors that reflect favorably upon themselves and Marco’s Pizza

o The ability to work as part of a purpose-driven and engaged team dedicated to providing Marco’s Pizza Guests with a Five-Star experience

o The ability to accurately and efficiently count money and make change

o Proficiency in basic mathematical skills, which include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

o The ability to tactfully communicate with supervisors, teammates, and Guests, both verbally and in writing

o The ability to comply with all safety and security policies and procedures

o The ability to remain calm and focused in often high tempo and stressful environments

o The ability to work flexible hours

o The ability to use store technology and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
