Mugsy's is an exciting, energetic and casual work place with a very promising future. The privately held bar has experienced great success and growth over the past decade This involves more parking, additional bar space, and new bathrooms, and of course new friendly staff members. We are looking for a barback that has great people skills, strong work ethic.
Job duties would include:
-Stocking beer coolers.
-Washing glassware.
-Emptying trash.
-Assisting bartenders with all needs.
-Maintaining cleanliness standards.
-Building sales through great customers service.
-Bartenders tip barback at the end of the shift averaging $20-30 per hour
