Spinx is searching for the Best and the Brightest to join our leadership team!

 

We are searching for Food and Beverage Managers to be responsible for managing all aspects of the fresh food and beverage operation within the store while providing superior customer service and maintaining brand standards.  This role is a dedicated resource within the store management team, responsible for executing Company programs and achieving financial results.   This position is responsible for training all team members in food service, ensuring safety procedures are followed and inventory controls are adhered to.  The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for prepared food safety, consistency, presentation, profitability, expense control, inventory and labor control related to food and beverage operations. 

  • Directs and coordinates staff in providing customer service activities.  Reviews and acts upon customer requests, complaints, and inquiries to ensure quality customer service.
  • Responsible for maximizing sales and profits within the Food and Beverage department.  Controls store expense, monitors and corrects shrinkage problems.
  • Coaches team members within the store to ensure compliance with merchandising, pricing, food service, and administrative requirements.
  • Ensures that the Food and Beverage operation is in compliance with all appropriate, local state and federal regulations.
  • Conducts customer service, food preparation, safety and other Company training programs.
  • Attends Food Service meetings/classes, coordinates food service training for team members, evaluates performance, implements disciplinary procedures as required, and properly documents actions.
  • Leads by positive example and demonstrates current ability and knowledge of all store functions, including all point-of-sale related equipment, reporting, food prep, cleaning, stocking, and merchandising.
