What It’s Like to Work at Costa Vida
Working at Costa Vida is never boring. As a team member, you will serve our guests and will find ways to provide service that makes them say “WOW”! Team members are constantly engaged in activity, which makes the hours at work fly by. You will never sit around and count down the hours to the end of your shift. You will enjoy working in a team environment with fun co-workers who are also working toward the goal of having the best restaurant in town.
What is Required to be a Team Member
We have a great training program that will get you up to speed quickly. You only need to bring a positive attitude and a desire to do the right thing for our guests.

Besides the fun atmosphere, we also have a great employee meal benefit. You get free or discounted meals while you are working so you can enjoy the delicious food we are providing to our guests.
Our current base pay for team members is $15 per hour, plus you share in the tips collected which will generally raise your wage by $1-2 per hour.
We provide flexible scheduling that can accommodate the obligations you have outside of work. You can tell us what days and times work best for you. You can also tell us how many hours you want to work each week. All we ask in return is that you show up to work and give us your best effort during the times you are scheduled.
If you are motivated and career minded you can also participate in our leadership development programs that could help you achieve the shift lead, assistant manager, general manager, and regional manager positions during your time with us.
