If you are a Jr System Admin who likes to work with servers and applications and help end users with their issues, then this is the opportunity for you!

As a Software Technical Support Rep you will provide legendary customer application support to large organizations around the world. Whether these customers are developing the next blockbuster drug, constructing the world's newest nuclear power plant or designing your favorite team's new stadium, they all collaborate in the LoadSpring Platform. We have openings at Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 support levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a Legendary Customer experience to all customers
  • Provide application support via phone, email and the LoadSpring Platform
  • Own and manage cases through their lifecycle
  • Escalate technical support issues that require deeper investigation
  • Record detailed and accurate documentation

Essential Experience:

  • 1-6 year's experience in a customer facing technical or application support role

Desirable Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a constantly busy work environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A passion for learning and customer success
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong organization skills and high attention to detail.
  • Hours:
    • Full Time- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM  
    • Part Time- Monday- Thursday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM and Saturday 12:00 PM-8:30 PM.
