Sticky’s Finger Joint is on a mission to serve “Perhaps the greatest chicken finger you have ever tasted” all throughout Manhattan.

Created in 2012, Sticky’s Finger Joint is New York’s first variety gourmet chicken finger restaurant. We take the classic chicken finger to an elevated level by putting unique, flavorful, and creative spins on a childhood favorite.

We are looking for passionate food service professionals who take pride in providing outstanding hospitality to join our team!

Essential Function: To maintain the warmest and sincere level of hospitably ensuring every guest feels cared for.  To elevate all aspects of the operation to the highest quality levels possible. Maintain a positive, inspiring working environment with 100% compliance of all company standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist manager in managing all front-of-the house staff and back-of house operations.
• Oversee and maintain the company’s SOP’s (standard operating procedures) and guidelines
• Effectively run the front of the operation by being involved and hands-on fully engaged in: Training of all personnel, All guest issues, Quality control, Hospitality – fully engaged in service, Controlling flow and cycle of service, Support and Oversee BOH, Cleanliness/sanitation and good condition of the physical property while following all Department of Health Standards and Procedures
• Maintain complete knowledge of : P.O.S. system and menu updates
• Maintain completely knowledge of all menu items, preparation method/time, ingredients, portion sizes, presentation and prices
  • Pays close attention to all allergy and dietary restrictions
  • Fully understands the Sticky’s food DNA and its commitment to sourcing the best Chicken in the market
• Maintain PAR levels for supplies and equipment and complete requisitions to replenish shortages for anticipated business.  Ensure all areas are clean and organized.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in full service and/or fast casual restaurants
