Set Schedule:
6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Friday and Saturday - one week
Sunday and Thursday - next week
Acts as coordinator of clinical services within the facility. Responsible for all facility functions in the absence of facility administrative staff and for maintaining the established qualify of resident care and services. Communicates with patients, residents, families and the public in order to promote positive relations, diffuse problems and address patient/family concerns/issues, as needed. Provides supervision and leadership of staff in collaboration with unit/department level leaders. Facilitates positive change, quality care and appropriate use of resources in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Provides clinical support/leadership for high risk patients, residents or unusual situations. Will participate in on-call duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Licenses - Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) - within 60 Days
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 yrs of related, leadership experience
