Position Description:
Perform production processes per written procedures; meeting expected quality levels and production rates.
Position Responsibilities:
Follows work direction of area leads in performing a variety of production operations and complies to written procedures in the production of MPS products. Rotate on multiple production operations as directed.
Complies with company policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements of OSHA, GMP and ISO.
Maintain accurate Device history Records and material inventories for the area.
Inform area leads of any problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials.
May handle hazardous/non-hazardous waste by properly placing identified hazardous and non-hazardous wastes created by job tasks into supplied satellite collection containers and/or moving satellite collection containers to designated storage area.
* Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED
* Desired Qualifications:
* * Good written and oral communication skills.
* * Must be flexible to adapt to schedule changes, process changes, and changes in hours.
* * Must be able to work in varied operation work environments.
* Must be willing to work as a team member, communicate positively and constructively, resolving problems productivelyFamiliarity with personal computers.
Physical Requirements:
* Good manual dexterity; ability to perform multiple repetitive operations and rotate every 1 -- 4 hours depending on assigned production line/area
* Able to stand at work station up to 10 hours/day
* May require lifting/carrying 5 -- 8 lbs. up to 8 hours/day, 8 -- 20 lbs. occasionally, 30 lbs. 4 times/week
* May require pushing 20 lbs. 6 -- 8 times/day, pulling 30 lbs. 6 -- 8 times/day
* May require bending/stooping/kneeling 2 -- 3 hours/day
* May require reaching up to 8 hours/day
* May require using step stool/climbing up to 8 hours/day
* May require using microscope to perform fine close up work up to 8 hours/day
* Must be able to work with chemicals and solvents with no known chemical allergies
* Vision correctable to 20/20 under normal lighting
Able to wear cleanroom attire -- gown, gloves, safety glasses
