About this job
Semmler Development Roofing & Construction has Immediate Openings for Canvasers to visit homes and inspect roofing, siding, and gutters for storm damage, and recommend repairs and explain the insurance claim process if necessary. Prior experience is a plus however anyone with great customer service skills and willingness to learn can succeed in this opportunity.
Compensation : 100% commision (No Cap)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Assist homeowners filling insurance claims for property damage due to storm damage/catastrophic events.
Past sales and/or sales experience in construction or trades experience is highly desired (but not required.)
Must be energetic, social and have great people skills.
Must be a Self-Starter, with a great attitude, that can inspire and motivate others.
Potential to move up in the Company to Field Trainer and/or Sales Management Positions Quickly.
