Community Maintenance Technician - Full-time

Small apartment community in Springfield is in need of an experienced, temporary ,full-time maintenance technician committed to providing quality work in exchange for being provided a great place to work with no drama, unlimited company support, and a good wage. The maintenance tech will be responsible for make readies, turns and work orders. The chosen candidate will work directly with the Property Manager to ensure all daily work activities for the property are on target. This person must be people friendly, manage time well, have basic apartment maintenance knowledge including, but not limited to drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing,etc.Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.Must have own normal tools, although specific tools needed for the property are on site. We are very flexible with our employee needs and service time can be arranged to fit most schedules. Competitive wage based on experience. Applicant must send resume to be considered.
