Description:
St. Madeleine Sophie's Center is looking for passionate and caring individuals to work for a non-profit who serves people with developmental disabilities.
The Driver works directly with clients who are developmentally disabled.Primary responsibilities will include, transporting consumers to and from St. Madeleine Sophie's Center. This is a split shift position, 5 to 6 hours per day, but schedule varies. EOE BENEFITS
Skills/ Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience.Class B Driver's License with passenger endorsements recommended.
Important Notes:
Must pass criminal background check, pre-employment physical, TB test and pre-employment drug screening. Must have a valid CA Driver License and clean DMV H-6 Report. Individual will frequently be required to stand, walk, sit, communicate, and train others. Occasionally must lift up to 50 lbs. for purpose of consumer safety or setting up activities. May be required to walk a distance up to one-half mile in length.Class B license preferred.
Pay Range: $12.00-$14.00 DOE
