Access Behavioral Health Services is seeking an experienced, motivated professional for a full-time Employment Specialist position working out of our Nampa location.Helping adults with disabilities find gainful employment in the community will be your main role, as well as evaluating individual's ability to work. Orchestrating meetings with employers and business owners in the community and selling the many wonderful reasons why individuals with disabilities are great employees will be integral in your success. The position is varied hours and pay depends on experience.Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and experience in Vocational Services / Supported Employment is required.We offer opportunities for personal growth and are looking for applicants who will see this opportunity as a career, rather than a stepping-stone.Must be at least 18 years of age to apply, have a valid driver's license, current car insurance, your own reliable transportation and able to pass a Criminal History background check. Current CPR / 1st Aid and are also a plus (but not required to apply).
