This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate with at least three-years of front of house management experience. Our front of house manager oversees a staff of up to 25 employees and handles a fast-paced environment, serving Kihei and Wailea breakfast, lunch, and dinner customers with highest quality ingredients served to the highest standards. Our front of house manager must effectively manage all components of the Front of House to ensure consistently excellent performance. He or shill will also help control labor costs, and receive bonuses based upon performance. The Front of House Manager will oversee product quality, operational standards, and training. Additionally, this valuable team member is responsible for all aspects of customer satisfaction and help to develop lasting relationships with repeat customers. Duties include: * Greet and take guest orders in a friendly manner. * Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner. * Responsible for providing exceptional guest service to each and every guest. * Enforce all company policies. * Resolve guest complaints. * Drive customer loyalty by delivering unequaled service to every table. * Responsible for balancing cash drawers. * Oversee training of new team members. * Ensure team member morale and motivation remains high. * Ensure facility is maintained and clean at all times. * Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner. * Ensure safe food handling procedures are being followed. * Ensure that all food and products are high quality and prepared and served following set standards. * In consultation with the owners, make employment and termination decisions. * Schedule team members. * Ensure that restaurant policies on team member performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis. * Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures. * Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant, team members, and guests. * Adhere to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance. * Adhere to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling.*
