POSITION SUMMARY

This role will support the Health Plan's goal in assessing performance associated with HEDIS measures, accreditation activities and provider quality of care investigations.

Fundamental Components

This is an opportunity to improve healthcare outcomes through a dynamic interface with members and providers to assess compliance with HEDIS measures. This role will actively support plan accreditation activities through cross functional engagement, and general support with quality of care investigations.

Experience Required

* Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience

* Ability to interface with providers and their offices

* Ability to advocate member health

* Time management and prioritization

* Ability to facilitate meetings from an accreditation support perspective

* Comfortable with data analysis

Experience Preferred

* Quality Management experience

* Managed Care experience

* Registered Nurse (RN) preferred

* Microsoft Excel knowledge

Education

The minimum level of education preferred is a Bachelor's degree.

Functional - Medical Management/Medical Management - Concurrent Review/1-3 Years

Functional - Medical Management/Medical Management - Disease management/1-3 Years

Functional - Medical Management/Medical Management - Quality Management/1-3 Years

Technology Experience

Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft PowerPoint/1-3 Years/End User

Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Outlook/1-3 Years/End User

Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft SharePoint/1-3 Years/End User

Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Visio/1-3 Years/End User
