Saucier:

It is the Saucier’s primary responsibility to prepare the highest quality food consistently and effectively. As a Saucier, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality of food produced in our kitchen and ultimately the overall experience extended to our guests.

Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

  • Performs food preparation according to recipes or instructions and must efficiently cook sauces,  fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products
  • Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
  • Cutting, peeling, chopping, and slicing fruits and vegetables 
  • Carves and displays meats, vegetables, fruits, and salads
  • Replenishes service lines as necessary
  • Maintains cleanliness of facilities
  • Assists in kitchen sanitation program
  • Complies with standard food handling and sanitation procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of all kitchen equipment, small or large scale
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Prior experience working in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
  • Ability to transport and carry objects weighing up to 30 lbs. numerous times throughout the shift
  • Experienced knife handling skills
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities

  • Realiza la preparación de alimentos según recetas o instrucciones y eficientemente debe cocinar salsas, pescado, verduras, sopas y otros productos de comida caliente.
  • Preparación y porción de alimentos antes de cocinar cortar, pelar, picar y rebanar frutas y verduras.
  • Cortar carnes, verduras, frutas y ensaladas.
  • Rellena líneas de servicio cuando sea necesario .
  • Mantiene limpieza de instalaciones
  • Ayuda en el programa de saneamiento de la cocina
  • Cumple con procedimientos de manejo y saneamiento de alimentos

 

requisitos de trabajo :

  • Conocimiento de todos los equipos de cocina, pequeña o gran escala
  • Demuestrado experiencia servicio al cliente
  • Experiencia previa en trabajo en restaurant de alto volume o casual
  • Abilidad de trasnportar y cargar objetos que pesan hasta 30 Lbs, durante su turno laboral
  • Experiencia con el uso y manejo de cuchillos
  • Abilidad de estar de pie por un periodo de hasta 8 horas
  • Abilidad de ejecutar varias cosas a la misma vez y establecer prioridades
