Employees Needed For Nitrogen Ice Cream Shop - Part-time

Phenomenom Nitrogen Ice Cream and Bake Shop offers a multi-sensory, innovative dessert experience. With over 500 different ice cream combination the guests can create their own experience and watch the process right before them. 

We are looking for young, motivated, curious, fun, charismatic and hard-working people who can provide fast, friendly and memorable service. We believe that customer service is the most important attribute our employees can have especially because our product speaks for itself (yes its that good!). 

Team members play a pivotal role in the operations of our store. Responsibilities will be greeting the guests as they walk in, educating them on our concept, taking their order, processing payment, preparing the ice cream and serving it to the customer with a smile. Also, you will be in charge of cleanliness and organization in the front of the house as well as the back. 

REQUIREMENTS:
- Flexible schedule 
- Ability to work long hours, weekends & holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task & work under pressure
- Guest awareness & strong social skills
- Friendly & upbeat personality
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Can be without phone for entire shift and avoid personal distractions
- Good hearing for accurate communication.
- Able to communicate fluently
- Ability to work well with others.
- Follows safety procedures.
- Has reliable transportation


RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and support the stores environment 
- Ability to suggest and describe menu items when taking orders
- Capability in balancing cash receipts, generating bills and collecting money for food/drinks served 
- Capable of providing true hospitality and guest services
- Maintains a positive attitude
- Demonstrates the ability to take initiative outside of what is required
- Performs duties as assigned by the General Manager/Assistant Manager
