Job Title: Pars Counter Sales Rep

Detailed Job Description - Counter Personnel

The Counter Person's job Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Referring customers to power equipment brands
• Maintain Sales Literature on showroom floor
• Staying knowledgeable on product and equipment information
• Explaining features of different brands and models of equipment
• Giving out pricing information and quotes
• Keeping showroom equipment clean

Service:

• Answering customer service questions, such as: 'What types of equipment we service, when their equipment will be ready, how to maintain equipment, etc.'
• Bringing out equipment to customer's vehicles when ready
• Fully explain what work we did on the machine when the customer picks it up

Parts:

• Customer service at the parts counter to retrieve parts for customers
• Keeping parts shelves stocked (with oil, gas cans, equipment, etc.)
• Quoting prices for parts
• Ringing up parts sales
• Taking payments on customer accounts at register

Any contact with the customer should end with "Thank you very

much"

Setup duties may include:

• Setting up new equipment
• Keeping equipment pen organized
• Keeping shop clean
• Keeping warehouse clean
• Emptying garbage
• Cardboard Cleanup

Required education:

• High school or equivalent

Required experience:

• Knowledge of Equipment: 2 years
• Sales: 1 year
• Customer Service Skills: 2 years
