Responsibilities

 

As a front desk sales leader at this Massage Envy franchised location,* essential responsibilities revolve around providing excellent services to members and guests. These include:

  • Key Holder.
  • Leads the sales floor and drives store results through the selling team.
  • Must maintain minimum of 25% personal closing percentage.
  • Executes short and long term strategies to drive store sales.
  • Role models and coaches best-in-class selling behaviors.
  • Displays expert product knowledge and helps grow associates’ product knowledge which in turn, enables high performance selling.
  • Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the store manager.
  • Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
  • Assists in the observation and training of new associates, including mentoring and serving as a shadow partner.
  • Provide excellent service to members and guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, and greeting clients.
  • Assists in maintaining professional front desk and reception area, cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room.
  • Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
  • Upholding the Massage Envy brand’s core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
  • Promoting the Wellness Program.
  • Re-engaging inactive members.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments.

Qualifications

 

 Education, Skills and Training:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 1 year in sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Possess basic math and cash handling experience.
  • Have strong phone and computer skills.
  • Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
  • Possess general knowledge of massage and esthetic services and modalities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients on membership benefits, and clinic policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment.
  • Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.
  • Ability to work flexible days and hours.
  • Maintain client confidentiality.
