The Assistant General Manager must know and follow all established company methods and policies, especially as it relates to closing the store each evening. The Assistant General manager is responsible to support the General Manager in various delegated duties to reach desired financial or quality control goals. This may include helping employees, inventory tracking, time and labor administration, or sanitation and food safety processes. The night manager is expected to mentor store personnel by providing an example of the correct process to follow. This position requires reliable and predictable attendance. This position is part of the management team and reports directly to the General Manager of the store.

6 months management experience or 1 year in store experience.
