Marketing/Sales:
- 10-15 hours per week
- Assist Marketing Director with initiatives
- Solicit catering opportunities (incentives included)
- Create a marketing event using Chick-fil-A core assets
- Evaluate marketing initiatives
- Report to executive team
Human Resources:
- 10-15 hours per week
- Screening Interviews
- Manage onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain team member files
- Track healthcare eligibility
- Initiate and execute recruitment activities
- Report to executive team
Financial Analysis:
- 10-15 hours per week
- Vendor payments
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Initiate cost reduction initiatives (incentives included)
- Track cost reduction initiative results
- Train others on initiatives
- Report to executive team
All internship participants will receive:
- Hourly pay
- 1-on-1 development sessions with business owner
