About this job
Granite Creations, Novi Mi. needs a customer service person that will also handle project scheduling and re-scheduling. Will work with customers, installers and vendors regarding delivery and installation of granite, quartz and marble product., Will also handle some walk – in retail sales.
Needs to have prior service industry experience such as cabinet installation or construction services. Needs to be friendly, patient and customer service oriented. Needs to have computer savvy, Office products for sure, Moraware would be a plus, have decent math skills, geographically aware, can easily handle changes a construction background a plus. Hours are 7 – 5, Monday to Friday and we share Saturdays (8a – 1p).
Permanent position, starting pay is $14.00/hr, benefits are vacation pay and holiday pay.
